Working with the firm was wonderful. There were so many things I didn’t know to ask before I talked to them. I felt like Dawn really covered me from a to z. I was dealing with workman’s comp and had no clue of any of the rules. I hate to say it but I was ignorant in the area. Without her knowledge I wouldn’t of had a fighting chance. I like the fact that it wasn’t a huge office. At larger offices you’re just a number. With Dawn, Michelle and her team, they all knew me by name. It wasn’t “Hi Mr. King” it was “Hi Jeremy”. I wasn’t a number I was a person. There’s never been a time that I’ve called where someone didn’t answer my questions. A lot of times you call a lawyer and might get an answer a week later. That didn’t happen with Dawn, I’ve always gotten an answer within a few hours. I’ve even had her answer me on Sunday and no lawyers ever do that. Dawn was the one person who was honest with me and showed me reality.
