And if she would listen what customers are saying maybe she would be able to answer questions better. When customers asks to explain something "I just told you" is not appropriate answer. When customer asks you to be able to take a look at form/ paperwork "there is nothing to look at" is not appropriate answer. Being rude and cocky is not appropriate behaviour for a government employee.
